Changemakers from across the world have been handpicked to attend a prestigious Global Changemakers Conference to be held on the 14th to 16th of November 2019, at Afriski Mountain Resort situated in the heart of the Maluti Mountains in Lesotho, Southern Africa.

Global leaders, social entrepreneurs, innovators and activists from all sectors will lock shields around real intrinsic socio-economic transformation. The main topics of the conference include Optimum Kids, Optimum Humans & Optimum Workplaces.

An interactive, experiential conference with panel discussions, keynote speakers and a MOIC (Maluti Occupational Intelligence Challenge) ending with a Tribal Council will be some highlights of the event.

Showcasing the successful HOOS (Human Optimisation Operating System) system, that transformed 70 staff members and volitionised the Afriski workplace.  Occupational Intelligence, the applied science of neuroplasticity, resulted in the testimonies of personal change.

A2B RESPONSIVE LEADERS
A NEW BREED OF UNSTOPPABLE HUMAN BEHAVIOR…

Over the past four years, A2B has been offering a globally competitive changemaker program. It toughens and prepares visionary social entrepreneurs to change the world, by creating deeper consciousness, renewing minds and equipping them with the know-how to facilitate sustainable wellbeing in self and others.

The program provides a new universal language for transformation and innovative tools for application in all sectors of life. Based on the science of Occupational Intelligence, which is a neuroplasticity application, it’s about growing neural pathways which are the neurological drivers and capacitors of responsiveness or response-ability. Hence the name of the program, Responsive Leadership (RL).

Over a 6-month period, the course consists of 15 days intensive training, perpetual out of comfort zone challenges, active practical applications, transformative tool development, a summative assessment, power-partnerships forming within the A2B movement and graduating by making debut at the prestige’s annual global changemaker conference. Through these humans, the movement expands and creates multiplier effect of change. Every changemaker typically transforms and restores the dignity of the people around them, by creating more ecosystems for change and slowly but surely replacing capitalism and socialism with social entrepreneurialism.

These graduates are not faint of hearted and their debut is something unique to witness. Their contributions at the conference will be highly innovative with tipping tools for rewiring truth, a transformative game set for children, new Industrial Revolution recruitment tools for the workplace, a new language for transformation and a dictionary of terms and tools to name but a few.

Due to the REMOTE LOCATION of the resort there are no nearby filling stations so make sure to fill up at your nearest border town.

Travelling with MINORS require an unabridged birth certificate and affidavits signed by BOTH parents.

HARDWIRES is an in-depth, non-threatening prognostic tool for assessing the factors limiting
and/or obstructing change, that have developed, from early childhood days in our minds; often
without us even being aware of this happening. In understanding the cause and effect of these
HARDWIRES, we are able to re-wire, because of the remarkable neuroplasticity of our brains.

From birth, these 16 HARDWIRES develop during every second that we are in a state of fear or
experience a sense of “I am not ok”. Every single incident where you are/were handled unlovingly
(felt neglected, ignored, embarrassed, abused, harassed, scolded or where irritation and annoyance
was shown towards you), hardwired your brain. It has become the lens through which you react and
interact with the world and contribute to an unhealthy distortion of your impulse control, your
natural feelings, affections, inclinations, temper, habits and moral tendencies, affecting all you do.


Most humans remain ‘blind’ to their HARDWIRES, falling into the same old patterns. Become aware
of your Hardwires, analyse their effect on your life and prevent them from becoming chronic. This
will end the perpetuation of the cycle into your children’s generation. The sooner you start this re-
